II. The function of QPL50 Tumble belt type shot blasting machine:

1. Removing  the oxidation, rust, residual sand, agglutinated stain of the metal surface;

2. Improving the mechanical behavior of metal surface;

3. Optimizing process conditions of the work-pieces surface;

4. Improving the quality of work-pieces surface.

The tumble belt type shot blasting machine is used for surface cleaning, rust removing, and surface intensification of each kind of small and middle scale casting, forging and so on. It is suitable for different production scale, can be stand-alone use and many units can also be used in conjunction with the continuous conveyor components, composing the production of clean-up lines.

The machine has the features of compact structure: smooth operation, high production efficiency, good cleaning quality, safe and reliable.




III. Working principle:

This machine is QPL50 tumble belt type shot blasting machine. The shot blasting room is lining with wear-resistant plate. Steel shots enter into the high speed rotating distribution wheel through the chute by its self weight and rotate with the distribution wheel, enter into the directional sleeve by centrifugal force and thrown out from the sleeve window to the high speed rotating vane, and make accelerated motion from the inside out at the surface of the vane, at last shot out on to the work pieces with fan shaped at a certain linear speed. The steel shots strongly attack and scrap the oxide layer and the bonding material on the surface. Finally particles with no energy slide down along the slope, sent to the bottom of the elevator by screw conveyor and then sent to the top of the elevator By the small hopper ascending, at last back to the shot blasting machine along the chute. Work pieces are placed on the track and were cleaned all the angles by rolling with crawler movement.





IV.  The structure and composed devices:


1. Blast cleaning chamber

Blast cleaning chamber is composed of blast cabin, exhaust opening and so on. Blast cleaning chamber is made by welding steel plates together and lined with the wear-resisting plates to protect the blast cabin.

2.  Blast media circulation purification system

Blast media circulation purification system is composed of circulation system and purification system. Circulation system contains shot blast head, spiral conveyor, bucket elevator, separator, sliding tube, etc. Shot blast head adopts straight association-like technology of Germany.

2.1   Circulation system

● Shot blast head

The shot blast head is composed of steel shot into tube, shot wheel, orientation sleeve and impeller etc.  The position and angle of the projectile of the shot blasting machine are decided by the computer simulation. On the basis of ensuring the working-piece cleaning effect, minimizing empty throwing of blast media, maximizing the use ratio of steel shoot. Reduce the wearing of wear resistant cast iron fenders.

● Bucket elevator

Bucket elevator is composed of the lifting motor, cycloid reducer, the upper and lower rollers, conveyor belt, hopper, closed lifting fuselage and tensioning device. The feed opening of bucket elevator connected to the host. The discharge port connected to the separator.

There is a access door on the casing of bucket elevator, to repair and replace the hopper. Open the door on the lower casing, can repair the lower transmission mechanism. You can also exclude blockage of bottom steel shot. When the elevator belt is slack, adjust the upper bolt to tension the belt.

2.2   Purification system

l Separator

Blast media flow to mesh screen from bucket elevator.  The debris of the mixture of blast media and sand ( Burr, casting fin, iron filings, etc.), isolated by the upside mesh filter of separator. Large particles of waste outflow of the separator from blast media overflow. Purified steel shots enter the blast media cabin to cycle.

3. Dust removal system

It is a 2-stage dust removal system, which composes of gravity dust removal, bag dust removal, centrifugal fans etc.

Work principle:  when the shot blasting machine is working, the dust stream produced by the machine enters the gravity dust removal.  The Large particles of steel shots settle.  Air with small particles through the pipe gets into the bag dust removal to filter. Filtered air is discharged through centrifugal fan. The machine makes the inside room to produce negative pressure by centrifugal fan convulsions. Ensure the dust produced in working don’t drift into the chamber body.

4.  Electric control system

All electrical control switches are concentrated in the electrical control cabinet, placed at the  side of the host, for convenient operation and observation. The main electric equipment adopt international famous products. Operator can control blasting time, observe and adjust blasting head load when the Electric control system is running.



IV. The working conditions of shot blasting machine:

To ensure the safety, smoothly running of shot blasting machine, you must meet the following conditions:

l Power adopts AC 380V/3PH/50HZ.

l No interference sources of strong magnetic field around the plant.

l Lubricating parts,  type of lubricant and lubrication cycle lubrication, must be lubricate as requirements.

l In operation, must ensure that the ground and aisles clean, smooth of the site.



V.  Payment terms

1. The total price of the QPL50 Tumble belt type shot blasting machine is:

( Note: the whole machine with CE certificate. All the motors adopt the brands with CE.)

2. Delivery time: T/T 30% as advance, the balance deposit before the shipment.

4. Packing:   The packing is film cover and plywood case.

5. Installation: If needed, the seller can send the technicians to the buyer's factory to do the installation, but the buyer should cover the fees of these technicians' flights and food and hotel, and USD 80 per day per person (one person)

6. Warranty:

The supplier designs and makes the equipment with quality guarantee period of one year. The supplier will provide free maintenance while quality guarantee period, except for the human mechanical fault; and collect only the part costs and the travel expense of the serviceman.

7.  If there is any need of extra purchasing or changing beyond this quotation, the cost is extra.
