II. Introduction and function:
The machine is pass through brass parts washing machine, adopts conveying chain transmission structure, uses the water aqua cleaning liquid as the cleaning medium. It can do the cleaning, rinsing, high pressure air drying, hot air drying of the workpiece surface.

IV. The structure and composed devices:
The machine is composed of machine body, water flowing tank, upper cover, water tank, transmission chain system, spray washing system, oil water separation, spray rinsing system, heating temperature control system, filter system, liquid level control, high pressure fan drying, hot air drying, mist exhaust fan, and electric control system, etc.
1. Machine body
The machine body is welding of 304 stainless steel.
Setting flowing tank between washing system and rinsing system, which is connected with water tank.
The seal plate of the lower part of the body adopts the cold rolled plate with surface spay.
2. Upper cover
The upper cover is made of 304 stainless steel, is removable type structure. Easy to equipment maintenance.
The cleaning part cover position according to the process is divided into isolation plate and soft curtain, at the top equipped the mist exhaust fan.
Drying station upper cover is double layer heat insulation structure, the material is stainless steel plates, the middle is insulating layer, the thickness of insulating layer is 40mm.
3. Transmission system
The transmission system is composed of 0.75KW motor, pin wheel reducer. Frequency control.
Driving the workpiece by the transmission driving chain. Compression type stainless steel shaft belt, incase the parts be sweeped away and fall down from the mesh belt. Adopt the stainless steel shaft belt conveying belt to carry the workpiece to ensure the good cleaning effect of the under parts of the parts.
Both side of the conveyor belt with anti slide, to protect the workpiece.

4. Spray cleaning system
Spray cleaning system is composed of vertical liquid water pump, spray pipe and nozzle.

The cleaning liquid is collected by the water flowing tank, circulating use the cleaning liquid after filtering.
The cleaning liquid can be heated from room temperature to 70 Celsius degree. Automatic controlled by the temperature control system.
Temperature control using digital displaying instrument.
The washing liquid temperature is higher than the set value automatically shut off the power supply. Stop heating, blow the set value automatically open the power, continue to heat.
The cleaning liquid is controlled by the liquid level controller. Automatic alarm when the liquid level is lower than the design position. At the same time, automatic stop the working of water pump, electric heating tube.
5. Oil water separation system
Cleaning water tank sets oil water separator. The oil stain on the workpiece is washed off and floated on the surface of the cleaning liquid.
