III. Introduction and function:

DY-500 Rotary parts washing machine is designed on the basis of studying high quality domestic and international washing machines, with excellent performance. It’s the general-purpose cleaning equipment in the cleaning machinery industry currently. It’s compact, handsome in appearance, complete functions, wide application, good cleaning effect, can meet the cleaning requirements of a variety of metals, non-metallic parts.




IV.  Working principle:

           Oil pollution on the surface of workpieces to be cleaned, will be wet, soft, separated, after the power of chemical action, the water spray of washing machine, and manual brushing and washing. The stream impacts surface of workpieces to produce the normal force and tangential force, to cause the broken, peeling, shedding of dirty layer. The workpieces dirt particles will be taken away, when cleaning solution flows along the workpieces. Finally,  to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

           The centrifugal pump adds pressure to cleaning liquid in the tank when in working.  The cleaning liquid erupts through the nozzles which setting in the cleaning cabinet, to clean the workpieces in the cleaning bucket. At the same time, make the cleaning bucket to rotary by the spraying high pressure water stream. To ensure the workpieces in the cleaning bucket been cleaned fully. Cleaning fluid returns back to the cleaning cabinet by filter. Cleaning liquid can be reused, water consumption, less consumption agents, high degree of automation, low water consumption, low reagent consumption. Cleaning time uses instrument to control. Workbench automatic rotates by the force of water. Easy to operate, very convenient.



V. The structure and composed devices:

This machine consists of machine body, rotating washing basket, water tank and filter system, spray system, open the door system, , electric control system, etc.


1. Machine body:

The machine body is designed into double water tank insulation structure, the middle delta 40 aluminum silicate insulation material, inner and outer layers are stainless steel plate. The water tank cover for water seal structure (to prevent the fog overfall ). The bottom of the water tank is designed into a certain slope, easy to remove the water and dirt. By the way, on the water tank is also arranged the water inlet, outlet, overflow, discharge outlet and other devices.

2. Nozzles system:

The workpiece by manual hanging into the cleaning chamber, positioning cleaning of workpiece by nozzles, the movable nozzles are made of stainless steel, spherical, easy to adjust the injection angle. Cleaning pump uses stainless steel liquid pump. Clean water inlet line is made of stainless steel.

3. Heating system:  

The machine adopts electric heating, and the stainless steel water heating pipe is installed in the water tank to heat the cleaning liquid.

4. Temperature control system:

This machine adopts a temperature controller to automatically control the temperature of the cleaning fluid. When the temperature of the cleaning fluid reaches the set limit automatically closed electric heating tube, when the temperature of cleaning liquid is lower than the set value automatically open the electric heating tube. The temperature of the cleaning fluid can be adjusted at the lower limit of room temperature- 70 DEG. (the liquid temperature can be controlled from room temperature to 70 degree C adjustable)

5. Filtration system:

    To save water, clean liquid recycling. The machine equips the purification and filtration system of cleaning liquid. The purification and filtration process is: ① Spraying→② Filter of filter basket →③ Oil water separation →④ Spray pump →⑤ Bag type fine filter ( 20μm) →⑥ Spraying.

The system uses three levels of filtration. First, basket type filtering box of liquid return port on upper part of water tank, adopt 40 mesh stainless steel filter screen. Second, inserting plate type filtering box in water tank, adopt 80 mesh stainless steel filter screen. Third, fine filter at outlet of pump, filter accuracy is 20μm.

6. Liquid level controller:

Adopt the stainless steel low liquid level controller, not only can clearly observe the water tank liquid level, but also when the cleaning liquid level below the set value automatically shut down and alarm, To protect water tank control elements and other devices.

7. Movable door device:

The device adopts two cylinders to open and close the cleaning chamber door.

8. Drying system:

It is composed of Yadeke pneumatic components of FRL, electromagnetic valve etc.

9. Electric control system:

The electric cabinet is integrated with the machine’s body, and is controlled by a relay. The control buttons are arranged on the side operation box of the machine body, emergency stop, manual / automatic conversion, etc. The machine should has good grounding when the whole machine is in working.
