IV. Cleaning principle of the machine:
The operator load the part on the washing basket. The crane load the part to the rotary washing basket ( or by single arm crane ). Drives the rotary washing basket into the cleaning chamber. Hydraulic motor drives rotary table, to make the washing basket rotating with part. At the same time, the door closed. Washing pump starts wash the part on the washing basket. Reach to the setting time, washing pump stop. 10 Seconds later, rinsing pump starts clean the parts on the basket. At the same time, open the door. The operator use the air blow gun to blow the water on the surface of part. Unload the parts by crane. This completes a cleaning process. The entire program is controlled by MITSUBISHI PLC.
V. Machine’s structure, and description:
The equipment consists of body, water tanks, conveying system, basket rotation system, fixed spray cleaning, rinsing system, fog suction system, movable door mechanism, electronic control system, hydraulic station and so on.
1. Machine body:
It consists of two parts: the frame and the upper cover; the frame is made of stainless steel into a frame structure; the upper cover is made into a double-layer insulation structure: the inner and outside both made of stainless steel plate. In the middle, the insulating layer is 40 mm thick.
2. Water tanks:
The water tanks are separate with the washing machine’s body.It is composed of the water tank body, filtration system, heating system, temperature control system, liquid level controller, belt type oil-water separator and so on.
(1). Water tank body:
The water tank is double layer heat insulation structure. The inner layer is made of SUS304 stainless steel. Outer layer made of 2mm stainless steel. In the middle, the insulation layer is 40 mm thick. The bottom of the water tank is designed to be a certain inclined plane. Easy to remove water. One each water tank body is equipped with stainless steel water inlet, stainless steel water outlet port, stainless steel drain outlet, etc. In order to prevent the overflow of water vapor during heating, the tank cover is made into a watertight form.
(2). Heating system:
The machine can adopt the electric heating. Electric heating is a water tank installed with stainless steel water heating pipe to heat the cleaning liquid. The working temperature of cleaning liquid is set to 60-80 ℃.( Temperature can be adjusted arbitrarily).
(3). Temperature control system:
The machine adopts digital display temperature controller combined with electric heater to automatically control the temperature of the cleaning liquid. When the cleaning liquid temperature reaches the upper limit, the heater can be automatically closed. When the cleaning liquid temperature is lower than the set limit, the heater is automatically opened.
(4). Filter system:
The machine cleaning system uses three levels of filtration. The first level filter is a drawer type stainless steel filter basket of the cleaning liquid return port to capture large particles of debris,. Mesh strainer adopts 40 mesh stainless steel mesh. Second stage adopts plate-type filter frame of pump suction mouth. In case the dirty into the pump, to reduce the service of washing pump. Mesh strainer adopts 80 mesh stainless steel mesh. Third grade is stainless steel bag type fine filter( the filer precision is 10μm. ).
(5). Level controller:
The machine adopts stainless steel liquid level controller. When the washing liquid level in the water tank is lower than the set value. Automatically shutdown the machine and alarm. To protect water pumps and heaters. Liquid level control signal connected to PLC.
(6). Belt type oil-water separator:
The machine adopts steel belt type oil-water separator in the water tanks. The worm gear reducer drives the drum to drain the oil slick from the water tank to ensure the cleaning quality. At the same time increase the service life of cleaning liquid. The fuel tank, support frame, drive shaft and so on are made of stainless steel.The oil absorbing belt (patented product) is made of special material, and the belt is durable, and it is not easy to break.
3. Conveying system:
By the brake motor through the chain drive ( washing basket and chain connected and fixed) along the stainless steel rollers on both sides of the washing basket (workpiece/parts placed in the washing basket) automatically sent to the cleaning room, the transmission distance is controlled by the OMRON detection switch to ensure that the rotating mechanism can work properly .
4. Fixed spray washing, rinsing system
The spray washing, rinsing system of the equipment adopts the fixed spray system.The filtered cleaning fluid is fed into the spray nozzles in cleaning chamber by Stainless steel submerged pump. There are many rows of annular nozzles in the cleaning room. Stainless steel nozzles are installed on spray pipes. It can be divided into two forms: cylindrical and sector. Can adjust injection angle, so as to achieve the goal of all-around and effective cleaning of workpieces/ parts. Cleaning time can be set. Washing, rinsing time can adjust. Pipe lines separate and independent, to avoid water in two tanks mutual mixing. The spraying system’s all pipes lines can bear above 1Mpa pressure.
5. Compressed air blow water automatically:
When the washing basket return back to the loading position, there are one pipe with nozzles to blow away the liquid on the surface by compressed air automatically .
6. Washing basket rotary mechanism:
When the washing basket is transported into the cleaning room, the washing basket is fixed on the conveying trolley, and the gear is driven by the hydraulic motor mounted on the trolley to make the worktable rotate.
7. Fog suction system:
In the process of cleaning fluid is heating and spraying, a certain amount of water vapor will be produced. Water vapor overflow will affect the environment and operators. Therefore, the water vapor must be discharged from the cleaning machine. And discharged from the workshop through the external pipeline (responsible by the user). The system removes the foggy air through the fan exhaust and through the vapor-liquid separation device (to reduce the loss of the cleaning fluid).
8.Backwater conversion device:
Use cylinder to start and close the seal cover of backwater area, and selected by program. When the washing is finished, the backwater conversion device is delayed to make the return liquid sufficient and reduce the mutual mixing of the cleaning and washing liquid.
9. Movable door mechanism:
The device is provided with this mechanism at the feed inlet to prevent the overflow of cleaning liquid and water vapor during spraying and to affect the working environment and operator.Driving gear rack of stainless steel movable door by using reducer to realize its up-and-down motion.
